In a Nutshell

I’m a Bristol-based psychotherapist & life coach, here to help you achieve your goals. In practice since 2004, I run my own private clinic and work for The Priory Hospital Bristol. I’ve also worked in occupational health and for the NHS.

I use cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and clinical hypnotherapy, either separately or combined, to address emotional and behavioural problems and to help people lead more fulfilling lives. I can see you either face-to-face or online.

SKYPE THERAPY

Some people prefer therapy from the comfort of their own home. Both CBT and hypnotherapy delivered online or over the phone are just as effective as when delivered face-to-face. I’ve helped many people this way.
