Feeling Overwhelmed
Life. If it’s not one thing, then it’s another. And, if it’s not that, then it’s everything all at once. I get it. Life can feel relentless. Sometimes, it is relentless. Small pressures build, and can quickly become anxiety-provoking. You can become stressed or burned out. Even simple tasks can feel impossible. Yet, you’re not alone, many driven people reach this point.
Pushing Through Doesn’t Work
At first, it may seem easier to push through. However, ignoring exhaustion and racing to meet every demand only intensifies tension, leaving you drained, unfocussed, and frustrated. Whether at work, at home, or in life’s other challenges.
Support That Works
With more than 20 years’ experience across private practice, occupational health, the NHS, the Priory, and private healthcare, I understand what it feels like to struggle with overwhelming pressure, anxiety, and burnout.
More importantly, I guide individuals and organisations to recognise patters, regain calm, and develop practical strategies that work across all areas of life.
I’m the author of two self-help books (see below) that inform my practice. Plus, I regularly provide workshops and webinars to a variety of sectors, including corporate, hospitality, and eduction.

STRESS
When the pressure builds and those demands keep rising, it’s easy to lose both balance and clarity. Together, we’ll build better ways to cope and recover focus. You can restore energy, feel more empowered and become calm and capable again.
BURNOUT
Feeling exhausted, worn down, or jaded can make even simple tasks feel impossible. I support both burnout prevention and recovery, helping you rebuild resilience, restore motivation, and regain a sense of purpose and drive.
A Book to Transform Your Life
What if there was something that could improve your mental health, reduce your stress levels, enhance your coping strategies, help you to feel happier and more fulfilled, and make modern life more manageable?
Well, there is. It’s time to re-discover the art of hypnotherapy. Not only is it one of the oldest healing modalities known to man, but it’s also being called the next big wellness trend.

Not only that it but contains a handy QR code that allows you to access over 20 hypnotherapy audio sessions guided by myself. Put it into practice, and you’ll be able to deal with almost any challenge in your life with a new-found ease. And talking of life’s adversities…

Triumph Over Any Adversity With This!
It’s not the events in life that disturb you, but what you tell yourself about those events that does the disturbing.
If you’re stuck, if you’re thinking, feeling, and acting in ways that you don’t like, but don’t see able to snap out of, it’s not the ‘thing,’ that is disturbing you, but what you’re telling yourself about the ‘thing’ that does the disturbing. Change what it is that you’re telling yourself and you get to change how you think, how you feel, and how you act.
Based on rational emotive behaviour therapy (REBT), I highlight the four unhealthy beliefs that hold you back and show you how to replace them with four healthy equivalents. When you free your mind from the thoughts that f*ck you up, you’ll never look at anything the same way again.
