In a Nutshell

I’m a Bristol-based psychotherapist, hypnotherapist and life coach, here to help you achieve your goals. I have nearly 20 year’s experience in private practice in both London and Bristol. I’ve worked in the NHS, private healthcare, occupational health, the NHS and for the Priory Hospital. I also deliver workshops, webinars and live presentations on all aspects of mental health and wellbeing to a variety of companies and corporate sectors.

The author of a successful self-help title (see below), I use cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and clinical hypnotherapy, either separately or combined, to address emotional and behavioural problems and help people and businesses be more fulfilled, more happy and more productive. I can see you either face-to-face or online.

Endorsed by the BMA, hypnotherapy is one of the oldest of therapies and has been around for thousands of years. You’ll be surprised at all the different things it can help with.
