Hi there, I’m a mental health and wellbeing consultant. I use CBT, clinical hypnotherapy, and elements of positive psychology to help people overcome their challenges and achieve their goals. If you would like a clear, concise and structured process, one that gives you direction, I can provide that.
Stress affects us all. I don’t just listen to how your stress affects you, I help you deal with it in a much more calm and productive way.
I work with individuals in both a coaching and therapeutic capacity. I also provide workshops and webinars to businesses and institutions.
