My book, The Four Thoughts That F*ck You Up (and how to fix them) contains written exercises that you need to undertake as part of the ‘rewrite how you think in six weeks using REBT’ section. Not everybody will have a paperback copy of the book. Not everyone who has a copy of the paperback will want to deface it in such a way.
