“It’s not what happens to you, but how you react to it that matters.”
– Epictetus –

Once, life felt manageable. You had problems, but you handled them. Stress showed up, yet it stayed helpful. Motivating, even. You had worries and concerns, but you didn’t feel anxious. Instead, you felt in charge. “I’ve got this,” you thought.
Over time, things became heavier. Perhaps too many challenges arrived at once. At other moments, everything simply felt more intense. Stress stopped motivating you. Gradually, anxiety took over. Your patience wore thin, and your mind jumped to worst-case scenarios. As a result, you felt overwhelmed and maybe even lost.
Eventually, everything started to feel out of control. One crisis followed another. Along the way, your productivity dropped and your confidence wobbled. You questioned yourself. Other people noticed. Some suggested therapy. Meanwhile, others suggested coaching. You considered both. But which one? There were too many options on either side, and nothing felt like the right fit. Perhaps you tried something before. Maybe it didn’t help. Now you feel stuck. You need guidance, but you don’t know who or what to turn to.
This is where I come in. You’re not lost, and you don’t need to figure this out on your own. I have over 20 years’ experience supporting anxiety, stress, and burnout recovery. During that time, I’ve worked in private practice, private healthcare, and occupational health. Alongside this, I’ve supported clients through the NHS and the Priory Hospital. I also deliver workshops and webinars on mental health and wellbeing, and I’m the author of two self-help books. Importantly, I don’t just listen. We work together to create meaningful, lasting change.
Using two powerful modalities, I combine therapy and coaching in one integrated approach. First, we explore what’s driving your stress and anxiety. From there, we work through what keeps you stuck. Then, we build practical tools for change. I use clear strategies, and we follow a framework. In doing so, you build real skills and gain both insight and momentum.
Over time, you start to feel in control again. Life still brings its challenges — it always does. Even so, things can concern you without overwhelming you. You respond instead of react. As a result, you feel calmer, more confident, and more resilient. Best of all, those tools last. You don’t forget how to use them. Instead, you carry them forward. They’re not just for now, but for whatever comes next.
If anxiety, stress, or burnout is affecting your life, we can work on that together. To book a session or a discovery call, click the button below.
Isn’t it time to feel like “I’ve got this” again?
Heavily backed up by scientific research, I use a form of CBT that is a method of therapy, a coaching modality, and a form of philosophy. It’s great for handling stress and building resilience.
Endorsed by the BMA, hypnotherapy is one of the oldest of therapies and has been around for thousands of years. You’ll be surprised at all the different things it can help with.
Most people prefer to see me from the comfort of their own homes. Studies show that coaching, therapy and hypnotherapy delivered online are just as effective as when delivered face-to-face.
Well, there is. It’s time to re-discover the art of hypnotherapy. Not only is it one of the oldest healing modalities known to man, but it’s also being called the next big wellness trend.
Out now, How to Cope with Almost Anything with Hypnotherapy teaches you how to use self-hypnosis, so you can practise anytime, anywhere.
Not only that it but contains a handy QR code that allows you to access over 20 hypnotherapy audio sessions guided by myself. Put it into practice, and you’ll be able to deal with almost any challenge in your life with a new-found ease. And talking of life’s adversities…

If you’re stuck, if you’re thinking, feeling, and acting in ways that you don’t like, but don’t see able to snap out of, it’s not the ‘thing,’ that is disturbing you, but what you’re telling yourself about the ‘thing’ that does the disturbing. Change what it is that you’re telling yourself and you get to change how you think, how you feel, and how you act.
Based on rational emotive behaviour therapy (REBT), I highlight the four unhealthy beliefs that hold you back and show you how to replace them with four healthy equivalents. When you free your mind from the thoughts that f*ck you up, you’ll never look at anything the same way again.
